These professionals are hard to beat ! Very punctual, actually a few minutes early, extremely thorough, trustworthy, and considerate. I did think they took a bit longer than expected, however I’m accustomed to a team of three or four powering out a deep clean in a short time…… for one person, they did a great job. The owner is very accommodating and responds quickly. Great communication and overall a satisfying experience. I would 100% hire them again.
I hired them for a move-out clean on my apartment and they absolutely delivered. Booking was quick, the quote was clear, and the crew arrived right on time. They asked about my priorities up front and then went to work—kitchen appliances, inside cabinets, baseboards, blinds, bathroom grout, windows, the whole nine yards. In the end, the place looked great. My landlord’s walk-through was a breeze, and I received gratitude for leaving the apartment in such clean condition. Pricing matched the estimate, communication was professional and friendly, and there were zero surprise add-ons. If you need thorough, reliable house cleaning in the Santa Cruz area, I can’t recommend Santa Cruz Cleaning enough. I’d happily hire them again.

I hired Santa Cruz Cleaning for a two room deep clean. Al showed up right on time. He was polite and pleasant. He did a great job on my bathroom and living room. When my wife got home she said she had never seen the living room so clean! I highly recommend Santa Cruz Cleaning to get your space looking nice.
